RecoveryAir is Therabody's next generation pneumatic compression technology, helping to relieve muscle soreness, boost circulation and aid recovery for health and fitness enthusiasts.

The main challenge for this brief was establishing unique value against a first-mover competitor. With Normatec's early market presence, RecoveryAir needed to clearly differentiate itself, highlighting the unique features and benefits, including its superior technology, ease of use, more targeted pressure control, and a broader range of customisation options. Ultimately, Therabody needed to communicate a compelling reason for consumers to choose RecoveryAir over an already trusted brand.

Many potential UK customers were already aware of Normatec’s product line and general compression therapy benefits.

To stand out, I worked alongside Therabody's marketing team, developing a distinctive launch campaign that would educate consumers on why RecoveryAir’s technology offered enhanced recovery benefits, better user experience and more effective circulation support. I applied the campaign look and feel across a range of marketing deliverables, including retail and POS, sales collateral, digital banners and social content, encouraging curiosity and engagement with the product and shifting customer loyalty by showcasing how RecoveryAir provides a competitive edge.
